1.- WHAT IS INCLUDED IN THE PURCHASE OF AN APARTMENT?
Appliances and air conditioners are included, a 4m2 locker and parking for the 1-bedroom units and two for the 2-bedroom units.


2.- WHEN DOES THE WORK START?
Start date scheduled for the first quarter of 2023. Delivery is scheduled 24 months after the start of construction.


3. WHAT DOES THE APARTMENT INCLUDE?
All apartments are delivered with air conditioning, stove, hood and oven. All the furniture that is not included can be added for an additional price which will be sent to the
customers during the construction process.


4. HOW MUCH IS PAID FOR MONTHLY MAINTENANCE?
The charge is $2.5 us per m2 which includes maintenance of common areas and building personnel. In addition to this amount, a fee of $33us per room will be paid to Cap Cana.


5. HOW MANY CAR PARKS DO I HAVE INCLUDED?
All apartments have 1 parking space available. 2 and 3 bedroom apartments have 2 parking spaces included. In the same way there will be parking for visitors and golf carts. In addition to this, each apartment will include a storage room of approximately 8m2.


6. CAN I RENT MY APARTMENT ON AIRBNB?
Liv at Capcana will offer the service to its clients to manage their apartment with the best possible profitability and service. This does not oblige the client to rent it with our company, if they wish they can manage it personally. During the construction process, all the terms and conditions of the service will be announced.
