LAS CANAS PARK

EXPERIENCES We design its urbanism and landscaping throughout the residential complex in what we call communities, achieving the integration of pedestrian walkways, squares, children's play areas, picnic areas and paths. These common recreational spaces encourage active life, the integration of open spaces and the creation of areas that promote well-being, generating a barrier-free and pet-friendly project.
NATURE As the second pillar of the project we have the connection with the beach using the sand and the interaction of nature with the user throughout the entire project. Using own and symbolic plants of the Dominican culture to connect: framboyanes, trinitarias and cayenas. In honor of this we use their names for the areas that make up the residential complex.

FAMILY Parque de las Cañas is a multigenerational project conceived for the whole family: grandparents, parents, children and of course, pets. By achieving these first two pillars, the family, which is our main user, manages to be in a space where their interaction is dynamic with open and free spaces, giving rise to activities such as community bbqs, bazaars, egg hunts, events.
